The Hawk Athletic Fund

Excellence and competitive spirit among our Hawk alumni, current athletes, and fans has pervaded the proud tradition of Hawk Athletics for 100 years. Our motto, “The Hawk Will Never Die” epitomizes the endurance, loyalty, and determination of our athletes who seek to achieve success academically, athletically, socially, and spiritually.

A key component of this success lies within the Hawk Athletic Fund. Annual gifts to this fund ensure that our athletes have the resources and facilities they deserve to complement their outstanding work ethic, drive to perform their best, and outstanding dedication to and pride in Saint Joseph's Athletics.

Specifically, all donations to this fund are allocated to the following areas:

• Recruitment
• Travel
• Equipment
• Academic advising
• Athletic training
• Technology

All gifts to the Hawk Athletic Fund are credited as part of the University's Saint Joseph's Fund and count toward your total giving to SJU for recognition purposes. Contributions to the Hawk Athletic Fund are also the foundation for membership in the many booster clubs that actively support our teams. Donors will also maintain special connection to the SJU athletic programs.
