Are you ready to become a leader? Every gift to the Saint Joseph's Fund is vital to the success of Saint Joseph's University. However, by making an annual gift of $1,000 or more, you will become a member of the Barbelin Society, making you a leader among Saint Joseph's alumni and friends. Your gift can be given at one time or submitted in increments over the fiscal year (June 1 to May 31). Gifts of stock, credit cards and of course, checks, are all accepted.
Barbelin Society members are key players in shaping the future of the University. They appreciate The Saint Joseph's Experience and ensure that the experience remains strong for future generations of Hawks. Members are also partners with the University. Together, we have succeeded in building Saint Joseph's University into a nationally recognized academic institution, a leader in Jesuit mission inspired community service, and a place where students can truly grow — intellectually, spiritually and socially.
As a member of the Barbelin Society, your generosity is rewarded by knowing that you have made a significant difference in the lives of thousands of students. Many of these bright young people are here at Saint Joseph's thanks to Barbelin level gifts.
However, your generosity is also rewarded in other ways. You will enjoy:
- tax benefits as permitted by law,
- invitations to prestigious events,
- the opportunity to work with the President on issues that affect the future of Saint Joseph's University,

If you currently give less than $1,000 but are interested in joining the Barbelin Society, remember, your gift can be paid over the fiscal year. Matching gifts from your corporation are also a great way to increase your gift.
